1:1 Somatic Needs-Based Coaching

Somatic needs-based coaching is a gentle way of listening to both your inner world and your body, to understand what you truly need in order to feel safe, alive, and whole.

This is a gentle process. Rather than pushing for change, we slow down and notice how your nervous system has adapted to protect you. From this place of compassion and awareness, we listen to all the parts of you –
let all your parts feel seen, heard and valued.

I strongly believe that there are no bad parts of us, only vulnerable, overwhelmed parts which feel burdened. By understanding what drives all aspects of us – the fears and the hopes – it becomes possible to move into a space of compassion, curiosity, connectedness and courage. It becomes clear how pattens which have kept you stuck or in self-destructive cycles, are simply doing their best to serve and protect you. Through compassion and understanding, it becomes possible to release and transform limiting self-beliefs so that you can move forward without fear or limitation.

As wise souls, we know ourselves better than anyone. But it can be hard to know how to tune in to the infinite wisdom of our intuition; how to serve our own best interests whilst juggling real life responsibilities and managing the needs of different parts of us that often seem to be in opposition.


In order to move from wounding to healing, I use evidence-based somatic tools, IFS informed parts work, mindfulness practices and needs-based coaching methods, to help you understand what’s been holding you back from creating the life you want and becoming the woman you know you have the potential to be.

By teaching you to feel safety in your body, we unburden wounded parts, releasing stored trauma. This compassionate process then allows suffering and challenge to transform into self-knowledge and self-freedom.

Initial free zoom call – (30 minutes)
90 Minute Session
Standard fee £105
A 90-minute session is recommended for your first session.
Moving forward, this option can be particularly supportive if you wish to work somatically with deeper trauma-based work.
1 Hour Session

5x1 Hour Session Package

I offer a discounted 5-session package because real change tends to unfold over time, and this gives us the continuity to work more deeply together.
I offer my coaching with a sliding scale, because I believe that finances should never be a barrier to support. My work is grounded in the belief that healing and transformation should not be a luxury.
I honour the courage it takes to seek support, and I want this work to remain accessible while still respecting the time, training, and energy required to offer it with integrity.

If the standard fee does not align with your financial situation, this is an invitation to choose an amount with intention, honesty, and self-trust — a practice in aligning your resources with your wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
